Right Skewed Distribution

Right skewed distributions present with a large number of observations falling to the right of its mean. Graphically it’s easy to identify by drawing a vertical line at the mean and looking to see if the bulk of the distribution falls to the right of that line. Mathematically we can also say a distribution is skewed to the right if its mean is greater than its median, which is greater than its mode:

Mean > Median > Mode
