Jensens Alpha

This is another measure of risk adjusted performance. Jensens Alpha finds the risk adjusted performance of an asset (given by its returns less the risk-free rate) less what we would have expected that asset to return given how the market performed. This latter portion is found by subtracting the risk-free rate from the return on the market and then multiplying the result by the assets beta.
